Repair & Calibration
To request service, calibration, or evaluation of a Paroscientific instrument, please email us at support@paroscientific.com. We no longer require a form—just include the following information in your message:
- Your name and organization
- Shipping and billing address
- Preferred contact information (email and phone)
- Model and serial number of the instrument
- Description of the issue or service requested
- Whether you'd like a calibration, repair, or evaluation only
- For Intelligent Instruments, include a Configuration Report if possible
You do not need an RMA number. However, please notify us before shipping, and pack all items with at least 3 inches of mechanical shock-absorbing, static-dissipative material around each unit.
Please return only Paroscientific products. We cannot accept responsibility for any non-Paroscientific equipment included in a shipment. Our technicians are not trained to disassemble or handle third-party products.
There is a per-unit evaluation fee, which is waived if you proceed with the recommended service or calibration. A formal service report and quote will be provided following our incoming inspection.
If you're returning instruments for disposal, please indicate that in your email as well. Paroscientific is compliant with Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) requirements.
