Repair & Calibration
Please return only Paroscientific products. We will not be responsible for any non-Paroscientific equipment returned with our product. Our technicians are not trained to disassemble customer products, and we ask that you do not expose our personnel to potentially hazardous conditions or materials.
Our Service Department will perform an incoming inspection and forward a service report with the associated repair or calibration reccomendations and costs as soon as possible. Please note that there is an evaluation fee per unit which is waived if you decide to proceed with the calibration and/or service recommendations.
For repair of Intelligent Instruments, please provide a Configuration Report if possible.
We do not require an RMA number, but please notify us of the pending return by completing the form below (email@example.com). Returned instruments should be packed with at least 3 inches of mechanical shock-absorbing static-dissipative material around each unit.
